Milestone Reached: Financial Close for the Flyover Panorama I (Sitinjau Lauik I) PPP Project

Congratulations to PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) Sitinjau Lauik on achieving financial close for the Flyover Panorama I (Sitinjau Lauik I) PPP Project following the signing of the syndicated financing facilities agreement.

The financing was coordinated by PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, and PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk., with the support of participating lenders including PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, BANK NAGARI, and PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk., reflecting a collaborative conventional and sharia-based financing structure.

The financing will be used to support the development of Flyover Panorama I (Sitinjau Lauik I), a strategic infrastructure project connecting Padang and Solok, forming part of the national road network and the Trans-Sumatra corridor.

Upon completion, the flyover is anticipated to deliver substantial benefits for the residents of West Sumatera. These include enhanced connectivity between regions, improved population mobility and easier access to public facilities. Additionally, it is also expected to lower the risk of traffic incidents along the challenging route, thereby contributing to safer and more comfortable travel conditions.
