Waste-to-Energy
Our Waste-to-Energy (WtE) service provides specialized legal and regulatory support for renewable energy and environmental infrastructure projects. We recognize that Waste-to-Energy initiatives represent a critical component of Indonesia’s sustainable development strategy—bridging waste management and clean energy generation. Our team combines deep sectoral knowledge with legal expertise to help clients deliver compliant and commercially viable WtE projects.
We assist clients in every phase of development, including feasibility assessments, project structuring, land acquisition, environmental permitting, and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) negotiations. Our legal advisory ensures full compliance with Presidential Regulation No. 109/2025 on the Acceleration of Waste-to-Energy Infrastructure, as well as related environmental and energy regulations. We also help structure cooperation schemes between local governments, waste operators, and private developers to ensure efficient project implementation.
Our experience includes advising private developers, municipalities, and investors in Waste-to-Energy projects across Indonesia’s major cities. We have successfully guided clients through environmental licensing, regulatory review, and contract negotiations, aligning projects with national renewable energy and waste management priorities. Clients rely on our Waste-to- Energy legal advisory for its integrated understanding of law, policy, and commercial structure that supports sustainable investment outcomes.
