Workshop on the Development of Implementing Regulations for Simplified PPP in Indonesia

Jardin Legal acts as a legal expert in assisting the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in formulating implementing regulations for Simplified Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in Indonesia, as mandated under Regulation of the Minister of National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency Number 9 of 2025, which amends Regulation Number 7 of 2023 on the Implementation of Government and Business Entity Cooperation in Infrastructure Provision.

Jardin Legal collaborates with Yog Infra as the PPP Expert and Adhikari Consulting as the Sector & Financial Expert.
