BNI Sharing Session: Legal & Policy Framework for Sustainable Waste to Energy Projects 

We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in a knowledge-sharing workshop hosted by the Syndication & Structured Finance Division of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, discussing the “Legal and Policy Framework for Sustainable Waste-to-Energy Projects” in Indonesia. 

The session brought together representatives from various BNI divisions—including Corporate Banking, Enterprise Banking, Corporate Development & Transformation, Banking Operations, Operations Strategy & Development, Legal, as well as BNI Corporate University, both onsite and online, to discuss key regulatory, contractual, and financing considerations for waste-to-energy projects, including government support mechanisms and practical insights drawn from our advisory experience.
