Riki is an Indonesian licensed lawyer with more than nine years of experience in corporate and commercial law. He has been involved in major corporate due diligence and contract negotiations for various corporate transactions, either from the buyer side or seller side.

Riki is an Indonesian advocate and one of the firm’s youngest partners, with approximately 14 years of professional experience in corporate and real estate matters. He obtained his Master of Law degree from the University of Indonesia and is a Certified PPP Expert. Riki is particularly known for his expertise in real estate transactions, highest and best use analysis, and real estate planning, assisting clients instructuring commercially viable and legally sound property developments and investments.
